Your Instructor
I am Neil Rankine a Senior Instructor with the Kai Ming Association for Tai Chi Chuan. I teach the Tai Chi form of Cheng Man Ching (37 Steps), Qigong (Chi Kung) and related exercises, da lu, Tui Shou (push-hands) and applications - don't worry about the terminology as this will be explained in class.
The slow gentle graceful movements are all designed to relax and improve ones health and wellbeing regardless of your age or present fitness levels. The low impact exercises are suitable for all and encourage relaxation, deep breathing, balance and coordination.
I have been with the Kai Ming Association since 2001 and became a junior instructor in 2005 and a full instructor in 2006. In 2015 I graded as a senior instructor. I am a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and the British Council of Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA).
You will be assured of a warm welcome at our friendly class.
